Mancuso of Mancuso Management Inc. brokers 204,000 s/f sale

B. Thomas Mancuso, SIOR of Mancuso Management Inc. brokered the sale of a 204,000 s/f industrial building to a local manufacturing business. The factory and warehouse at 274 Sandusky Rd. had been started in 1952 for a manufacturing purpose. In 1970 a 170,000 s/f addition was built to accommodate growth in assembly and warehousing activities. The property was converted to multi-tenant use and acquired by the Arcade Properties investment partnership in the 1980's. The buyer, Steel & O'Brien Manufacturing, Inc., is a domestic manufacturer of sanitary stainless steel fittings for the food processing, pharmaceutical and various other industries. Mancuso Management has provided brokerage and leasing services to the owners since 1988.
