TRITEC leases 1,410 s/f to Kerry Anne Pace, Esq. PC

According to TRITEC Real Estate Company, Inc., Kerry Anne Pace, Esq. PC, has signed a 1,410 s/f lease for office space on the 2nd floor of 31 West Main St., in Suite 211. Marianne Dugan of JLL represented 31 West Main St. and TRITEC in the transaction. The tenant has taken occupancy of the space immediately. When 31 West Main St. was originally purchased by TRITEC, the building had fallen into disrepair and in need of major renovations. TRITEC restored the building back to its original character replacing the third floor and replicating the original cornice built in 1897. TRITEC has been blending the elements of the original structure into the current design and functionality of the building for new tenants.
