Perkoski and Jungreis of Rosewood Realty Group close $8.4 million Brooklyn multifamily sale

Rosewood Realty Group arranged the $8.4 million sale of 816-818 Dean Street in Prospect Heights. The newly constructed, 14,670 s/f four-story apartment building features 14 apartments and sold for 15 times the rent roll. It was built in 2006. Rosewood Realty's Ryan Perkoski and Aaron Jungreis represented the seller, Dean Street Holdings LLC and Ryan Perkoski represented the private investor buyer. The building sold for 15 times the rent roll.
