The Real Estate Board of New York's Residential Brokerage fall schedule kicked off with a bang, and a breakfast, earlier this month when it hosted two young, successful residential brokers at its Breakfast Club series. Kyle Blackmon of Brown Harris Stevens and Jill Sloan of Halstead Property, LLC lent their expertise to a discussion on how to successfully jump-start a residential brokerage career by reinventing yourself to an ever-changing clientele in a vibrant market. The monthly Breakfast Club series, introduced last spring, has become a popular seminar with REBNY members and typically sells out within a short time of each seminar's topic announcement.
