Name: Eric Roth Title: Owner/Managing Partner Company Name: Friedman-Roth/Brick Realty Capital Year Founded: 1974 Years with Company: 30 years Years in real estate industry: Over 33 Years Q: The approximate number of years you have been a subscriber and/or how the NYREJ has been a benefit to you and/or your business: A: As we celebrate 40 years of success in New York, Friedman-Roth is proud to have grown with NYREJ into the full service commercial real estate firm it is today. I have been actively involved in the business since 1984 and in 1991 I took over Friedman-Roth from my father, Selwyn Roth. Since then our commercial sales firm has grown to cover all aspects of the commercial real estate business including property management as well as commercial real estate finance through our sister company, Brick Realty Capital. With my partners George Niblock and Joel Radmin, we have grown into one of the leading real estate players in New York today and are excited for the next 40 years ahead. Q: The approximate year you discovered the NYREJ and what business you were in at the time: A: I believe I first discovered NYREJ working in property management when NYREJ was first launched in 1989. NYREJ has always had its finger on the pulse of the N.Y.C. commercial marketplace and, as we have grown as a company, NYREJ has always been a trusted source for us in the real estate business. Q: Your most memorable or favorite "15 minutes of fame" in the NYREJ: A: I was hoping my 15 minutes of fame hadn't expired as of yet.
