Houlihan of Houlihan-Parnes subleased 2,900 s/f in Yonkers

Jerry Houlihan of Houlihan-Parnes Realtors, LLC represented Ridgewood Savings Bank in the sublease of its 2,900 s/f branch located at 843 Bronx River Rd. Houlihan negotiated a sublease to AT&T which will be co-terminus with the seven years remaining in the lease with Ridgewood. The space is located in a strip center on the corner of Midland Avenue near the Cross County and Bronx River Parkways. Paul Michels of Cullen and Dykman LLP was legal counsel for Ridgewood.
