Brian Pinnola and Joseph Maffia of NAI Long Island (Melville, N.Y.) recently negotiated a 6,060 s/f office lease renewal for Star Global (North America), Ltd. at 149-35 177th St., which is part of the550,000 s/f Seagis AirPark at JFK portfolio. Star Global has grown to be one of the leaders in global freight management with more than 30 offices internationally.  Pinnola and Maffia are the exclusive leasing agents for Seagis AirPark.
