BOMA Long Island hosts Summer Social Cocktail Party July 30
August 11, 2014 - Long Island
On Wednesday, July 30, BOMA Long Island held their Summer Social Cocktail Party at Carlyle on the Green. It was a pleasant gathering of old, new, and potential new members, reveling in a beautiful Summer night. The garden party overlooked the Bethpage Golf Course, with some added past time entertainment from That 70's Band. It was inviting to see all the recognizable faces, as well as enjoying conversations with some new acquaintances.
BOMA Long Island also recently invited Nassau County, Industrial Development Agency (IDA) director of business development, Nick Terzulli, to conduct a round table discussion on what the IDA can do for small and large companies on Long Island. Terzulli discussed incentives the IDA is offering to companies to keep them on Long Island.
The IDA consists of a team of professionals whose mission is to promote the economic welfare and prosperity of Nassau County. The IDA team can provide assistance to each company and come up with a custom package of what the federal, state and local utilities have to offer.
