According to Zetlin & De Chiara LLP, James Rowland has been named a partner of the firm.

James Rowland joined Zetlin & De Chiara in June 2006. He has more than 17 years of litigation experience, representing architects, engineers, contractors, owners, developers, and transportation and utilities corporations in all aspects of commercial and construction litigation, including the resolution of claims through trial, mediation and arbitration. He has practiced in New York State and Federal Court, representing clients in matters concerning New York's Labor Law and Federal Employee Labor Act claims. His extensive experience includes negotiating and drafting various construction and design related contracts, settlement and employment agreements. He also regularly advises clients on business-related matters, professional licensing, insurance issues and risk management.
James serves as General Counsel to The Society of American Registered Architects, New York Council, and The American Institute of Architects, Staten Island. He earned a J.D. from Fordham University School of Law and a B.A. from New York University.
