GFI Realty Services, Inc., one of the leading, New York-based commercial real estate services firm, arranged the sale of 275A Malcolm X Blvd., a four-story walk-up apartment building located in the Bedford-Stuyvesant section of the borough for $1.07 million. The multifamily property was delivered vacant and features three rental units and a ground floor retail unit.
Yisroel Pershin of GFI represented the seller and Daniel Shragaei, associate director, investment sales, represented the buyer, both of whom are local investors.
"The buyer intends to gut renovate the property with high end finishes to capitalize on the emerging Bedford-Stuyvesant rental market," said Pershin.
The building was constructed in 1927 and is within close proximity to the Utica Ave. and Halsey St. subway stations, which service the A, C and J lines.
