Aaron Jungreis of Rosewood represented the buyer, 3900 Broadway Holding LLC and the seller, Ap-Orep 3900 Broadway L.P. * The $9.675 million sale of 2372, 2374 & 2376 Amsterdam Ave. The three contiguous buildings; two five-story mixed-use walk-ups and one six-story mixed-use walk-up building feature 58 apartments and eight retail units.
