Bestreich, Riney, Greenblatt and Shihadeh of Marcus & Millichap sell 7,920 s/f mixed-use property for $2.45 million

Marcus & Millichap, a leading commercial real estate investment services firm with offices throughout the United States and Canada, arranged the sale of 1215 Myrtle Avenue, a 7,920 s/f mixed-use property located, according to John Horowitz, regional manager of the firm's Brooklyn office. The asset sold for $2.45 million which represented $309 per s/f. Derek Bestreich, Shaun Riney, Dan Greenblatt and Thomas Shihadeh from Marcus & Millichap's Brooklyn office had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a private investor. The buyer, a private investor, was secured and represented by Riney, Bestreich, Greenblatt and Shihadeh. "1215 Myrtle Avenue was yet another sale that represents the strengthening market for cash-flowing product in the Bushwick market," said Greenblatt.
