TerraCRG, one of Brooklyn's leading commercial real estate brokerage firms, has leased out retail space just across the street from the Barclays Center to Brooklyn newcomer Patsy's Pizzeria.
The well-known Manhattan pizzeria just signed a 1,400 s/f lease to open their first Brooklyn location in the Park Slope neighborhood at 450 Dean St. The pizzeria has four Manhattan locations and is most known for their iconic "old world" style pizza. The pizzeria is expected to open later this year.
Patsy's Pizzeria is situated across the street from the Barclays Center and Atlantic Terminal Mall, which is home to tenants such as Target, Marshalls, Victoria's Secret, Uniqlo, and Pathmark. The restaurant also has access to the N, Q, R, B, D, 2, 3, 4, 5 trains at Atlantic Ave., along with the Long Island Railroad. Earlier this month, TerraCRG leased 245 Flatbush Ave. to Doughnut Plant, which will be opening a few blocks away on Flatbush Ave. in the coming months along with Shake Shack and Parm.
TerraCRG represented both the landlord and the tenant in the transaction.
"We're very excited, for the second time this month, to announce another Manhattan institution coming to Brooklyn; first Doughnut Plant and now Patsy's Pizzeria," said Dan Marks, VP of investment sales & leasing at TerraCRG, who brokered the lease along with associate Joey Terzi.
