James Buslik and Jeff Buslik, managing director of Adams brokered the following deals at 231 West 39th St., where they represented the tenant and landlord, 231/249 West 39 Street Associates:
* A 2,321 s/f new lease for G & G Garments. James Buslik and Jeff Buslik of Adams & Co. represented the landlord while Brett Harvey of Avison Young represented the tenant. Although the details were not disclosed, asking rent was $42 per s/f. The tenant plans to use the space as an office and showroom for the sale of contemporary apparel at wholesale.
* A 1,932 s/f new lease for Peace Love World LLC. Although the details of the transaction were not disclosed asking rent was $40 per s/f. The tenant plans to use the space for an office and showroom for the sale of contemporary apparel at wholesale.
* A 1,600 s/f renewal for ESP Showroom LLC. Although the details of the transaction were not disclosed, asking rent was $40 per s/f. The tenant plans the use the space as a showroom and office for the sale of women's apparel at wholesale.
