Picone of McGuire Development completes $210,000 sale of mixed-use building

According to McGuire Development Company, a local commercial development, real estate consulting and property management firm, Vito Picone of its real estate services group has facilitated a real estate transaction within the city. Picone brokered the sale of a six-unit mixed-use building at 434 Amherst St. on the West Side of the city. The building features three retail units on the ground floor and three apartments on the upper floor. The seller was WNB Associates, LLC and the property sold for $210,000.
