Richard Will, president of Hemisphere Holdings Corp. arranged the sale of Lords Hill Apartments. The 32-unit complex is located at 2467 Rte. 80. The seller was Tully Partners, LLC and the buyer was undisclosed. The total sale price was $1.2 million.
