TRITEC Development Group held its grand opening of The New Village at Patchogue, a mixed-use residential development consisting of a 300-unit apartment complex, 50,000 s/f of retail space and 20,000 s/f of office space to downtown. In appreciation for his work as lead attorney, the real estate developer named a street after David Sloane.
Sloane manages Certilman Balin's Hauppauge office. He represents many major developers, national home builders and national retailers in the areas of commercial real estate, zoning, and land-use.
Sloane is a lifelong resident of Patchogue, and has served as past president of the Patchogue Lions Club, on the board of directors of Brookhaven Memorial Hospital, and is a member of board of directors of the Brookhaven Roe YMCA. He has four children and six grandchildren, and now "Sloane St."
