Voda Bauer Real Estate, a revolutionary full-service residential and commercial firm focused on properties in Manhattan and Brooklyn, has signed an exclusive agreement with Westville Group to help the company find its fifth restaurant location and purchase a building to construct its commissary. Westville is currently seeking the commissary in Brooklyn or Manhattan and also looking for a 2,000-5,000 s/f restaurant with heavy traffic, high visibility and close proximity to public transportation. "We are thrilled that Westville, one of the premier fresh food, high-quality restaurants in New York City, has chosen us to help them find their newest location," said Avi Voda, co-founder of Voda Bauer Real Estate. "In this highly competitive market, they have quickly expanded since 2003, and we are certain our experience and expertise will help Westville find their next perfect spot." Westville opened its first location at 210 W. 10th Street in 2003, and then expanded to the East Village in February of 2007. In the spring of 2010, they opened Westville Chelsea and in early Fall 2012, opened Westville Hudson. Both vegetarians and meat-eaters enjoy the variety of food at the restaurants. "Westville, like Voda Bauer, offers an unpretentious and friendly environment, and we look forward to helping them in their continued growth," said Jason Bauer, CEO and co-founder of Voda Bauer Real Estate.
