McDonald joins TerraCRG as multifamily/mixed-use associate

According to TerraCRG, one of Brooklyn's leading commercial real estate brokerage and advisory firms, Robert McDonald has joined the team as an associate. McDonald joined TerraCRG in the fall of 2013 and provides asset underwriting, market research and sales support for the firm. He began under the tutelage of Ofer Cohen, and Melissa DiBella and now focuses exclusively on Bedford-Stuyvesant and the Bushwick submarkets. working with multifamily and mixed-use assets alongside Matthew Cosentino, Vice President of Investment Sales and associate Eric Satanovsky. A graduate of Williams College, McDonald is an active Junior Board member of the N.Y. Archdiocese's Catholic Charities organization whose flagship event, the St. Nicholas Project, distributes food and clothing to over 4,000 N.Y.ers in need. Robert is an avid reader, enjoys playing sports with friends and listens to a wide range of music, especially live performance.
