Bren of Goldschmidt & Associates brokers six leases totaling 18,930 s/f

According to Eric Goldschmidt, senior partner of Goldschmidt & Associates, salesperson Adam Bren negotiated the following six Westchester County leases totaling 18,930 s/f: * 5,000 s/f of showroom and warehouse space was leased to Rockman Millwork, a wholesaler of windows, doors, and architectural and building accessories, at 105 Fairview Park Dr. Goldschmidt & Assoc. was the sole broker. * Briggs House Antique, moved from their Mamaroneck building, which was sold by Goldschmidt & Assoc., to 114 Pearl St., Port Chester where they leased 4,500 s/f. Neil Pagano of C.J. Pagano & Sons represented the building owner. * Westchester Carpet, represented by Richard Aponte of Rand Commercial, leased 5,000 s/f at 530 Tarrytown Rd., White Plains. Bren was the exclusive agent for the building owner. * Mathnasium, represented by Joshua Jacobs of Goldschmidt & Assoc., leased 1,050 s/f of retail space at 1009 W. Boston Post Rd., Mamaroneck. Bren represented the building owner. *Bella Nonna Pizzeria, of Greenwich, Conn., represented by JoAnn Picarillo of Goldschmidt & Assoc., leased 680 s/f of retail space at 2 Depot Place. Bren represented the building owner. * 2,700 s/f of retail space was leased by Chop't in the soon-to-be developed Rivertowns Sq. in Dobbs Ferry. Bren and Craig Hantgan of Esquire Properties represented Chop't in the transaction.
