My first commercial real estate deal was definitely a game changer in my career. I always wanted to be one of those agents that practiced both residential and commercial real estate as I find them both fascinating. Also, coming from a real estate family, where my uncle and my father are both in commercial and are two people that I love, it was always a goal of mine to work together. Who or what has been the strongest influence on your career and why? My mother and my passion for N.Y.C. real estate have and continue to be the strongest influences on my career. My mother is the most important person in my life, along with my father, and the person I admire the most. She overcame massive struggles both professionally and health wise in her life without a complaint. She taught me to never give up and to follow my passion. Every morning I wake up and cannot wait for my first showing, meeting, or closing. Where would you like to be 10 years from today? 10 years from today, I would like to be one of the top real estate brokers in N.Y.C. who is known not through a reality show, but for being one of the best at what I do. More than that, I would like to be known for my genuineness and kind heart. 10 years from today and hopefully sooner, I want to start a charity organization connecting breast cancer and real estate in honor of my mother, Lori Cohen, who is a breast cancer survivor.
