Wierzbicki of Pliskin broker 3,500 s/f lease

Pliskin Realty & Development's sales associate Christopher Wierzbicki has brokered a 10-year lease for Art Cleaners, a dry cleaning and laundry service provider formerly located at 11 Old Country Rd. and now located in a 3,500 s/f store in the Plaza 200 Shopping Center at 255B Voice Rd. Wierzbicki represented the property landlord, Pliskin Realty & Development, while Pamela Karmaniolos of Daniel Gale/Sotheby’s International Realty represented Art Cleaners.
