Yankelovich of GFI sells 201 and 221 Linden Blvd. for $25.5 million

GFI Realty Services has recently completed the sale of 201 Linden Blvd. and 221 Linden Blvd. in Brooklyn for $25.5 million. These six-story pre-war elevator buildings containing 300 units and totaling 352,540 s/f, were purchased by a New York-based investor represented by Erik Yankelovich, senior broker at GFI.
