Seidler of Emerald Creek originates $5 million loan

Emerald Creek has provided a $5 million acquisition loan secured by 464,000 s/f of retail space in the Rotterdam Sq. Mall. The Rotterdam Sq. Mall is a 584,000 s/f regional mall, anchored by Macy's, Sears, and K Mart. The loan was originated by Emerald Creek's Jeff Seidler.
