Kalikow Group and Garritano Realty appoint McCoy of NAI Long Island as exclusive leasing agent of 118,500 s/f retail property

The Kalikow Group and Garritano Realty Group have appointed NAI Long Island's Dennis McCoy as the exclusive leasing agent for the 118,500 s/f retail property planned at Holmesview Commons The 20.6-acre parcel is located at the well-situated intersection North Ocean Ave. and Horseblock Rd., and offers availabilities for retail tenants and restaurants from 2,000 to 70,000 s/f. This property is now fully rezoned for retail development. The shopping center is ready for pre-leasing, with an immediate availability for a 70,000 s/f anchor tenant at the far eastern side of Horseblock Rd. There is also 30,000 s/f of availability on North Ocean Ave. for one or two junior anchor tenants. An additional 15,000 s/f space at the western edge of Horseblock Rd. has multi-tenant opportunities with three bays. At the property's northernmost portion, 3,500 s/f of space will be available.
