Maltzman of Leslie J. Garfield collaborates with Lansco Corp. for 1,100 s/f at 441 Amsterdam Ave.

Leslie J. Garfield & Co., Inc. has completed a lease of the restaurant space at 441 Amsterdam Ave. The 1,100 s/f space was leased to St. James Gate, an Irish Restaurant and Pub, which had another location on Second Ave. They are taking over Louie's West Side Café. Director of sales and leasing, Brandon Maltzman represented the lessor and The Lansco Corp. represented the tenant.
