Buyers who purchase one of the last remaining 3-bedroom duplex penthouses at The Langston-a condominium development at 68 Bradhurst Ave. in Harlem's historic Hamilton Heights-will receive their apartment fully furnished for no additional cost. The Langston, which is 98% sold, has only four homes left, all of which are duplex penthouses.
Each apartment will be sold with a new dining room set, master bedroom suite, living room furniture and home office set. Cristina Casanas, set designer and interior decorator from Me and General Design, designed all of the model units.
The 180-unit, 10-story Langston also offers residents amenities including a doorman-attended lobby, 24-hour concierge, on-site valet parking, fitness center, and broadband wiring.
