Greater New York IREM's holds luncheon meeting on May 28th; Keynote speaker was Lynch, of NYC Department of Buildings

At the May 28th luncheon of the Greater New York chapter of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM), held at the Union League Club, chapter president Frank Socci, Jr., CPM had the honor of inducting the organization's newest Certified Property Manager (CPM), Julianne Sullivan of Sentinel Real Estate.
Also at the luncheon, Timothy Lynch, N.Y.C. Dept. of Buildings assistant commissioner for investigative services, was the keynote speaker at the luncheon. The hot topic of discussion was "Façades: Handrails and Guards."
IREM's next event will be their Annual Golf Outing, co-hosted by BOMA Long Island on June 26th. The outing will be held at the Harbor Links Golf Course in Port Washington.
