Kalmon Dolgin Affiliates (KDA) has arranged the sale of a 17,000 s/f property at 16-18 Decatur St. in the Ridgewood section of the borough for $2.8 million. Kalmon Dolgin and Neil Dolgin, co-presidents of KDA, made the announcement.
KDA brokers Neil Dolgin and Grant Dolgin represented the seller, Midland Realty, LLC. Sholom & Zuckerbrot Realty LLC negotiated on behalf of the buyer, JHS Acquisitions LLC.
Prior to its sale, 16-18 Decatur St. was used for the warehousing and distribution of flooring materials. The property offers 40-ft. ceilings throughout the majority of the space, double interior loading docks, and one drive-in door. The fully sprinklered space offers gas heat and an alarm system. The building's new owner is an artist, and plans to use the one-story building as a studio.
Located between Wycoff and Cypress Aves., 16-18 Decatur St. occupies the full property lot, which runs from Decatur St. back to Cody Ave. Access is available to the B20 bus route, L subway line, the Jackie Robinson Pkwy., and Jamaica and Atlantic Aves.
