The loan was originated by Seidler. * An $840,000 loan secured by a three-story, three-family dwelling in Brooklyn's Greenpoint neighborhood. The loan was originated by Seidler. * An $11 million building loan agreement secured by two development sites in Brooklyn's Boerum Hill. The loan proceeds will be used to develop four townhouses totaling 20,000 s/f.
