ERG Property Advisors arranged the lease signing of 183 Lenox Ave. in Harlem. The property is located on Lenox Ave., on the corner of 119th St. The lease is for 10 years with 5% annual increases. The tenant is a famous hairstylist and works for multiple celebrities in the music and entertainment industry.
