LaBella Associates, D.P.C., a 260 person A/E firm specializing in architecture, engineering, environmental consulting, surveying, planning and grant writing, has hired Lida Bilokur, Ryan Burke, Neil Clingerman, Steven Rife and Nick Wall. Bilokur joins the environmental division of LaBella as the marketing coordinator; responsible for proposal preparation, business development, market research, and branding. Bilokur is a graduate of The College of Wooster, with a degree in Studio Art and focus in Communications. Bilokur has over five years of experience in the design field, including branding and website design. Burke joins LaBella as a project manager for the remediation and hazardous building materials groups. Burke is a graduate of The State University of New York at Fredonia, with a bachelors of Science degree in Environmental Science, and an associate's degree in Criminal Justice from The Niagara County Community College. Burke has worked in the construction and environmental industries for a combined 11 years. Clingerman joins LaBella in the asbestos and regulated building materials group. Clingerman is a graduate of The State University of New York at Plattsburgh, with a Bachelors of Science degree in Environmental Science. With over 13 years of experience, Clingerman is an experienced field technician with assignments relating to asbestos air and project monitoring, regulated building materials inspections and other environmental monitoring/testing projects. Rife joins LaBella as a project geologist primarily involved in field operations for Phase II Environmental Site Assessments. In-house, Rife assists with GIS mapping, laboratory sample logistics, and report synthesis. Rife is a graduate of The State University of New York at Fredonia, with a bachelors of Science degree in Geology. Wall joins LaBella as an environmental construction specialist. Wall is a graduate of Statue University of New York at Alfred State College of Technology, with a bachelors of Science degree in Survey Engineering Technology. With ten years of construction experience including remedial cleanup using heavy equipment, Wall specializes in operating LaBella's 54-LT Geoprobe for subsurface remedial investigation.
