Racanelli Realty brokers two sales totaling $2.825 million in Bellmore

Racanelli Realty Services Inc. (www.racanelli.com) has brokered two sales totaling $2.825 million. The first deal was the $1.475 million sale of a 5,327 s/f retail strip shopping center located at 2447-2457 Jerusalem Ave. Anthony Racanelli, president of Racanelli Realty represented the buyer, a private investor. The seller, a private limited partnership, was represented by Corey Gluckstal and Robert Cohen of Sabre Real Estate. In the second deal, Zagarino Realty Group partnered with Racanelli Realty to broker the sale of a commercial building located at 2704 Grand Ave. The fully-tenanted property, a 10,194 s/f retail/office commercial building, was sold for $1.35 million. Patrick Zagarino, of Zagarino Realty, represented the seller, Great American Realty of 2704 Grand Avenue, LLC and Anthony Racanelli of Racanelli Realty represented the purchaser, a private investor.
