Liebowitz of Arldon Realty brokers two sales

Sheldon Liebowitz of Arldon Realty represented the sellers in the sale of two properties in Suffolk County. The first deal was the sale of 160 West Main St., a 4,100 s/f retail property. Newmark Grubb Knight Frank represented the buyer. Liebowitz also closed on the sale of 151 West Main St., an 18,000 s/f mixed-use property. He represented the seller and the buyer was represented by Patrick Curtis of Suffolk Realty Corp. Curtis and Liebowitz are both LICN members.
