Seattle-based Sabey Data Center Properties, one of the nation's largest privately-owned multi-tenant data center owners and developers, announced today that it has signed a lease with Datagram, a prominent Internet and hosting provider in the New York metropolitan area, for mission-critical office space at Intergate.Manhattan, Sabey's 1 million s/f facility at 375 Pearl Street. Datagram, which is also a brand new, Tier III data center colocation tenant at Intergate.Manhattan, will use the infrastructure to provide resilience to their office space. Datagram plans to relocate its entire executive team, sales force and its network operations center (NOC) from 33 Whitehall Street in Lower Manhattan to its new space. Datagram is the hosting provider for several of the world's most popular web sites. The company specializes in dedicated and managed hosting, colocation, Internet access and disaster recovery.
