Waterbury joins Pliskin Realty as bookkeeper

Pliskin Realty & Development has appointed Tracy Waterbury as bookkeeper. Waterbury was brought on to help address Pliskin's growth over the past year, especially in its property management division. She brings to the role 28 years of bookkeeping and accounting experience, and related computer program skills. Directly prior to joining Pliskin, Waterbury served as the bookkeeper for Dynamic Corporate Holdings, where her responsibilities ranged from coding and entering income invoices and assigning proper general ledger codes, to preparing weekly check runs and bank deposits, applying cash receipts to customer accounts, and reconciling vendor statements. Waterbury's professional background also includes her role as a full charge bookkeeper with Alexander Wolf & Co., JLN International Corp. and Dr. Jay Purvin. Among her broad range functions in these roles were: managing the accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, billing and bank reconciliations; preparing financial statements; and maintaining accurate records of financial transactions. She has also served as assistant with American Investment Planners and staff accountant with both Volt Information Sciences, Inc. and Marx & Newman Co. Waterbury earned her bachelor of science in Accounting from Long Island University (LIU) - CW Post Campus. She resides in Levittown.
