The Azarian Group completes renovations at the Hyde Park Mall; 130,000 s/f community shopping center on Route 9

The Azarian Group, LLC, a privately-owned, full service property management/development organization has completed the renovation and expansion of the Hyde Park Mall, located at 3999 Albany Post Rd.
Originally built in the early 1970s, the Hyde Park Mall is adjacent to President Franklin Roosevelt's Home and Museum. This 130,000 s/f community shopping center is located on Rte. 9 at a signalized intersection. It was renovated extensively including a new pylon sign, new paving, curbing, landscaping, parking lot redesign, sidewalks, roof, and a new façade with tower elements. The renovation was acclaimed by the Mid Atlantic Real Estate Journal to be one of The Top Renovation Projects of 2012.
Stop and Shop built a new 55,000 s/f store, which has a wireless café, various gourmet departments, gas station, and includes the latest energy saving systems. The mall's newest tenants include Dollar Tree with 9,000 s/f, China Wok with 2,000 s/f, New Jack Nails with 800 s/f, and H&H Style with 3,023 s/f. Current tenants include Radio Shack, Male Ego, Liquorama, House to Homes, Leclerc's Martial Arts Studio, and Hudson Valley Federal Credit Union.
Dollar Tree is scheduled to open June 1st.
