The CPEX New York multifamily investment sales team arranged the sale of 1065 Fulton St. This marks the sixth transaction that the CPEX multifamily sales team has completed in Clinton Hill in the past seven months. Located between Classon Ave. and Irving Place, 1065 Fulton St. is a three-story, three-unit, multifamily walk-up that measures 3,050 s/f. The building was delivered with one vacant apartment and offers 4,700 s/f of additional air rights. The sale price was $1.075 million. The building sold for $352 per s/f. CPEX's multifamily sales team, consisting of managing partner Brian Leary and associate director Stephen Safina, represented the seller and procured the buyer. "The subject property was purchased by a 1031 investor," said Safina. "The new owner is a family-based real estate company comprised of a generation of builders. Their plan is to renovate 1065 Fulton St., which will contribute to the many improvements taking place within the neighborhood."
