Milbrook Properties, Ltd. has completed multiple leases. The first was for a term of 5 years with Beauty Systems Group, LLC. The 2,000 s/f space will be utilized center for cosmetics for professionals. The second lease signed for 5 years for medical offices with Amicus Medical Center, LLC. Other tenants of this center include Bravo Supermarket Hearx, Quest Diagnostics, Pizza Hut, Nob Hill Academy and Manila Grill & BBQ. Katz & Associates Group co-brokered the Beauty Systems Group lease.
