New Horizons Computer Learning Center of Pennsylvania has leased 8,000 s/f of office space at 5001 Louise Dr. Thomas Posavec, SIOR and Roy Brenner of Landmark Commercial Realty, Inc. negotiated the long-term lease on behalf of the tenant and landlord, Linlo Properties VIII, LP.
