Procida and 100 Mile Fund finance Riverwood Chase property for NVR

NVR, Inc. has held the grand opening of the new Mozart town home model at Riverwood Chase, financed by Procida Funding and the 100 Mile Fund. The Riverwood Chase community offers new Ocean County town homes on wooded home sites in the North Dover section. The grand opening of the Mozart model took place on February 8th. The model provides Riverwood Chase homeowners the amenities of a single-family home coupled with the ease of town home living. The homes are Energy Star certified, yielding monthly utility bills up to 30% lower than standard homes, according to the EPA.
