According to Douglas Elliman Real Estate, Robert Dvorin is rejoining the company along with his six-member team. Ranked in the top 1% of real estate agents across the country by Real Trends and The Wall Street Journal, Dvorin is regarded as one of the best dealmakers in the business, earning the respect of top developers and investors as well as local and international buyers. Additionally, Dvorin is both a residential and commercial broker as well as an expert in new development marketing. He and his team are joining Elliman from TOWN Residential and will be based out of Elliman's 774 Broadway Office.

Since beginning his real estate career in 2002, Dvorin has achieved more than $650 million in sales, and more than $150 million in closed and contract-signed deals in 2013. He has brokered sales and rentals in condos, co-ops, and townhomes across New York City and in notable buildings such as 15 Central Park West, 157 West 57th St., and 56 Leonard St. He also specializes in multifamily and commercial buildings with closed deals including 39 Lispenard Street, 326-332 Canal Street and several Walgreens locations in North Carolina, Minnesota, and New York that were triple net-leased properties. Additionally, Dvorin possesses a strong background in consulting, planning, marketing, and selling new development projects.
