JLL hires Finney as senior vice president of New York office

Jones Lang LaSalle has hired Clark Finney as a senior vice president in its New York office. He will be responsible for new business development, agency leasing and tenant representation services throughout Manhattan.
Finney, 30, has seven years of experience in the New York market and has developed expertise in all aspects of commercial real estate, including leasing and advisory services.
"Clark Finney is one of the leading professionals in his peer group in Manhattan," said Philip Palmer, executive managing director and head of JLL's brokerage operations in New York. "His passion for real estate, and his drive and expertise will be crucial to further expanding JLL's growth in New York."
Prior to joining JLL, Finney served as a senior director for a major Manhattan brokerage firm, where he specialized in agency leasing and tenant representation transactions.
Finney was profiled in 2012 by The Commercial Observer in its annual 30 Under 30 feature and named by Crain's New York Business as one of its Top Five Commercial Brokers Under 30 in 2011. In 2009, he was honored by the Real Estate Board of New York with its New York's Most Promising Commercial Salesperson Award.
Finney earned a bachelor's degree in business administration from Washington & Lee University. He is a licensed real estate broker in the state of New York.
Finney volunteers his time as co-founder of The Adeona Foundation, a charitable organization created to benefit and improve the lives of deserving children in New York.
