Massey Knakal promotes Phillips as an associate

According to Massey Knakal Realty Services, Christopher Phillips has been promoted from intern to associate, exclusively covering the Washington Heights and Sugar Hill areas. Phillips joined the Northern Manhattan/Bronx/Westchester division in March 2007. During his first year he assisted in the marketing of a multitude of property types with a value of $50 million. Prior to Massey Knakal, he supervised ground and infrastructure improvements on Blue Sky Corporate Ranch. He graduated from the University of Colorado with a bachelor of arts degree in Environmental Policy.
