The Carlton Group appoints Swill COO

Carlton Group chairman Howard Michaels has unveiled the appointment of Kevin Swill as chief operating officer of the Carlton Group.
Swill will oversee the day to day operations of the company, as well as playing a key role in growing the firm's high net worth equity syndication business and Carlton's investment sales division.
Swill is a successful real estate and capital markets specialist having been involved in the financing of acquisitions, recapitalization and disposition of more than 13,000 apartments while serving as President of Westminster Capital a subsidiary of Kushner Companies. In addition, Swill managed a staff of senior property managers with responsibilities for over four million square feet of commercial assets, including 666 Fifth Ave., as president of Kushner Properties. Prior to joining Carlton, Swill worked at Merrill Lynch, CIBC, Deutsche Banc, and Citicorp/Citibank.
Michaels said, "Kevin will be an integral member of all of Carlton's businesses given his deep experience and background real estate acumen."
He is a member of the Real Estate Board of New York (REBNY); the National Multihousing Council (NMHC) Executive Board member; National Association of Industrial Office Properties (NAIOP) and International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). He holds a series 7 & 63 license respectively.
Swill holds a bachelor's degree in finance and business administration from Muhlenberg College.
