Wierzbicki and Hartman of Pliskin Realty & Development broker 10-year lease

According to Pliskin Realty & Development, one of the prominent New York-Metropolitan area retail real estate brokerage, property management and investment firms, sales associate Christopher Wierzbicki and executive vice president Marvin Hartman brokered a 10-year lease with options on behalf of Subway Real Estate, seeking new locations for a Subway restaurant. The lease was for a 1,050 s/f space located at 483 Merrick Ave. Wierzbicki and Hartman represented both the owner, East Meadow Stores, Inc. and Subway. At Pliskin, Wierzbicki concentrates on both property sales and leasing assignments, representing property owners, tenants, and investors. He brings to the role diverse real estate and related financial experience and extensive sales, marketing and strategic planning skills. Wierzbicki holds an associate degree in Business Administration from Nassau Community College (Garden City, NY). His higher education also includes Business Management studies at Farmingdale State University (Farmingdale, NY). Wierzbicki's professional credentials also include certifications stemming from his successful completion of the Long Island Board of Realtors' Salesperson Training program, Long Island Board of Realtors' Continuing Education program and the American Banking Association's Bank Point eLearning Monthly Training program. At Pliskin, Hartman specializes in retail leasing and development, investment in retail and multi-family properties, and brokerage and management of commercial and multi-family properties. A strong dealmaker, he is a longstanding broker for many leading national brands. He also has long-term relationships with many private investors for whom he handles all of their real estate transactions. Hartman received his bachelor of arts from Queens College and MBA from Pace University. He is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers.
