NAI Summit's Adams secures two lease renewals in Bethlehem

Mike Adams of NAI Summit represented the owner, Emrick Business Center LLC, in the lease with Andersen Windows and Doors at 2420 Emrick Blvd. Andersen plans on utilizing the 5,000 s/f of flex space as a showroom and distribution center for their windows and doors. In the second transaction, Adams represented the owner, Winside Industrial Group, in the lease renewal with Air Center at 6373 Winside Dr.
