The Actors Fund, one of the nation's oldest charitable organizations dedicated to assisting professionals in the performing arts and entertainment industries, has renewed its 22,300 s/f, two-floor lease at Himmel & Meringoff's 729 Seventh Ave. The new lease, on the entire 10th and 11th floors in the 17-story building, extends The Fund's term for an additional 15 years. Mark Stein, SVP and Jason Vacker, VP, of Meringoff Properties acted on behalf of Himmel & Meringoff. Situated in Times Square at West 49th Street, 729 Seventh Avenue, comprised of 170,000 s/f of office space and bi-level retail space, was acquired by Himmel & Meringoff in 1996 and repositioned as a first-class property featuring prominent office and retail tenants and multiple billboard signs, which adds to the on-going revitalization of the entire Times Square neighborhood.
