Polsinelli and Yawitz of Eastern Consolidated represent seller in $5.75 million sale of East Harlem development site

Eastern Consolidated, a leading investment sales brokerage firm, has arranged the sale of the development site at 1790-92 Third Ave. between East 99th and East 100th Sts. in the exciting East Harlem neighborhood, for $5.75 million. The development, which has a 50-foot frontage on Third Ave., will contain 52 rental units plus ground floor retail. Adelaide Polsinelli and Marcia Rose Yawitz, senior directors at Eastern Consolidated, exclusively represented the seller, 1790 Third Ave. LLC. Marcia Rose Yawitz represented the buyer, an Israeli developer. With excellent transportation to all parts of the city, the East Harlem neighborhood is enjoying a rebirth with new residential buildings, major retail establishments, renovated playgrounds, and a new art center. Young singles and families who have been priced out of the Upper East and West Sides have been flocking to the area and leasing and purchasing in the newly constructed buildings The seller was represented by Bruce Lederman, Esq of D'Agostino, Levine, Landesman & Lederman.
