Cassidy Turley secures 16,282 s/f lease to RCA; landlord is Rabina Properties
February 24, 2014 - Brokerage
Cassidy Turley has brokered a 10-year, 16,282 s/f lease at 110 Fifth Ave. for Real Capital Analytics (RCA), a global information and data provider that analyzes and interprets data concerning the capital environment for the commercial real estate industry. Cassidy Turley is also the exclusive leasing agent for the property. With the signing of this lease, 110 Fifth Ave. is now 100% leased.
"RCA is expanding and is now able to plan for future growth over the next several years while containing their occupancy to one floor," said Adam Ardise, senior VP of Cassidy Turley. "After an extensive search, RCA decided to sign at the first property we ever toured, in part because of its great location and in part because of the Stanford White architectural design. This deal demonstrates Cassidy Turley's commitment to clients on both sides, as we acted on behalf of both tenant and landlord."
Ardise and Daniel Thompson of Cassidy Turley represented the tenant, while Richard Bernstein and Ralph Giordano of Cassidy Turley represented the landlord, Rabina Properties and Samson Management LLC.
The office will be designed as a predominantly open floor plan, allowing for a natural view of the building's characteristics, while at the same time creating a more efficient and collaborative workspace for RCA's employees.
"Cassidy Turley's in-depth knowledge of the Midtown South market, and experience identifying and creating vibrant, productive workplaces for employees, allowed RCA to remain in the highly desirable Flatiron neighborhood. With this move we were also able to achieve our goal of having every employee on one floor," said Robert White, Jr., founder and president of RCA. "This new space fits our culture, and allows us to be in an environment that caters to our employees."
